This was done for part of a Degree photography student's project. I achieved this look by using a Bobbi Brown base, powdering well. The brows were defined using Charcoal and Mahogany eyeshadows. The eyeshadows were Bobbi Brown shimmer wash then I created the smokey-eye look by smudging the Charcoal eyeshadow under the eyes and by using pencil too inside the eye. I then used MAC false lashes and finished with a nude lip with lots of gloss to balance the look.
