Bridal Musings and Claire Pettibone...

As I have mentioned recently, I had the pleasure of working with such great professionals on an amazing shoot in Sheffield.  Photography was by the very talented and lovely Jess Petrie, who's work I love and admire.  Nina Marika was the extremely talented stylist, hair by Berquet Laurent of Hair Laundry, Cakes and head pieces - Amy Swann cakes, florals - Swallows and Damsons, make-up by me.  The model was the beautiful Urte.  The dresses were from the amazing couture designer Claire Pettibone at The White Room Bridal.

I wanted to create a lovely pretty, peachy, dewy, natural, fresh look with a graphite, grey defined eye.  I used my trusty Bobbi Brown products and also a bit of MAC strobe cream.  Very minimal but very modern and beautiful.  Here are a few pics -

The shoot was a inspired by Conceptual elegance and oozed soft and delicate styling with a rough around the edges backdrop.

The shoot harnessed the talents of some of the North of England's most exciting wedding vendors and I was extremely honoured to be a part of it.  I shall be writing more about the makeup I used soon for this.
